This is currently burning in our showroom for you to see.  Top of the line FPX gas fireplace.  Great for someone building a new home or remodel.  Must be framed in.  Will not fit into existing fireplace.  This unit is as is, but has full warranty from manufacture. 

Other required but not included: venting, conversion kit to LP and misc accessories.
