Shipping & returns

All in-stock items will usually ship with in 2-3 business days of transaction.  We will notify you via email if there are any questions and concerns regarding the order.  When we have questions regarding orders or need clarification this may slow down shipping.

All items will be inspected before shipped to verify they are in proper condition for the use.

Chimney Pipe - Pipe is very delicate and we encourage you to inspect all shipments for damage.  Once it leaves our warehouse we will no longer take responsibility for it.  If there is damage please file a report with the freight company.

Spices, Food items and Chemical are not eligible for return.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with any Chim Chimney product, return it, within 14 days for a full product refund.  Returns received 15-30 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Due to the nature of the product returns will not be accepted on special/custom orders (except for manufacturer defects), above-ground liners and drilled solar reels.

Handling fees are non-refundable

Warranty claims for defective items are presented to the manufacturer of the item. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with making a warranty claim. They will need a copy of your Chim Chimney sales receipt and they may arrange repair or replacement for you, as per the terms of their warranty details. Some warranties are handled in house by Chim Chimney. This includes all solar and winter cover, chimney pipe, warranties and most Hayward products. Please contact our Customer Care Department with any questions or concerns.
