General terms & conditions

By giving us payment you are are agreeing to Chim Chimney's terms and conditions.

Payments must be sufficient to cover all goods ordered from Chim Chimney.  Labor is due on completion of job and NO items will be left on site that has not been paid for or there is an existing credit account.

With payment you are accepting the fact that we are a third party representing Brands and Manufactures and on occasion due to unforeseen reasons there may be delay in Manufacturing, Shipping and Possible damage due to freight.  Chim Chimney does not except any responsibility for these occurrences that might result in delay.  Chim Chimney will do it's absolute best to facilitate the quickest resolution, but all expenses incurred are the customers sole responsibility.

ALL Spas/Hot tubs, Hearth products as well as not stock chimney venting and non-stock or in stock Chemicals are considered Special Order, and unless there is damage from the manufacturer are not eligible for Refunds or Returns. 

Chim Chimney does not control shipping or productions times and will do its utmost to be proactive in keeping the buyer aware and up to date on current lead times for production, shipping and delivery when required.  Any delays of the previously mentioned does not entitle any buyer to monetary reimbursement or credits.

Spas will go into production as our Manufacture has time.  This can result in spa taking from 2-8 weeks on average and depending on the time of year possibly longer for production. Once the order is placed in cannot be cancelled.  In rare cases in might be possible to cancel but there is a restock fee of up to 35% to cancel orders.

All warranties provided by the manufacture will be honored by Chim Chimney.  Chim Chimney does charge for all work, shipping and parts that are not covered by the manufacture written warranty. Please refer to specific Manufacturer warranties for more details.

All required permits and inspections are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  All trips that result in Chim Chimney not being able to do the work described on the Sales Order are considered the customer's responsibility and maybe charged a trip charge in addition to the Original Sales total.

Chim Chimney does not include in any way, shape or form extra venting to complete a job, electrical required for installation or gasline in ground or elsewhere unless it is expressly written in our Install agreement.

Spa Deliveries: We can only deliver in our service area of NCW. We send 2 guys for typical/standard delivery. Any concerns should be communicated to Chim Chimney Service Department before delivery.  We Charge for the need of a crane or extra help.  

Nothing is included in addition to what is on your order.  All accessories you may want, chemicals, chimney and other services are the customers responsibility.
